Azealia Banks Says Hip Hop Lowered The Bar For Cardi B
Azealia Banks is still non a fan of Cardi B and vice versa.
The Harlem rapper stopped by The Breakfast Society this forenoon to chop it up with Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Green-eyed, and Angela Yee. She spoke about a bunch of stuff including her feud with RZA and Russell Crowe, her feelings on Trump, and last but not least, Cardi B sudden ascent in hip hop. According to Azealia Banks, the hip hop bar was significantly lowered for Cardi B who shot to distinction last year with her breakout hit "Bodak Yellow."
Cardi B became the first female rapper since Lauryn Loma in 1998 to score a solo Billboard Hot 100 number ane single. Her achievements in hip hop didn't stop there and she went on to create more histories across the Billboard charts. Azealia Banks certainly don't call back she deserves the victory she has been getting over the past year.
"I didn't know that the bar would exist lowered so much," Banks said. "Information technology was kind of like a civilization daze. The bar went from Beyoncé LEMONADE to Cardi B."

She went on to telephone call Cardi B a caricature of a black woman and says that she just can't empathize how the conversation went from Beyonce Lemonade to Cardi B. "I'yard simply talking nigh this caricature of a black adult female that black women themselves would never be able to get away with," Banks added. "If Nicki Minaj spelled like that, you'd but exist ragging on her all solar day. I don't understand how we become from Beyoncé, LEMONADE, and Solange, Black Lives Matter, and all of these conversations to this."
In Cardi B's defense, she is one of the hardest working female person rappers in the game correct now because she is seven months pregnant and however performing and still dropping albums. Some hip hop fans are asking where has Azealia Banks been and where is she now with her music?
